IQBAL LECTURE ORGANIZED IN CONNECTION WITH IQBAL DAY AT ARMY BARN HALL COLLEGE ABBOTTABAD

Iqbal Lecture was organized on 18 November 2022 in connection with Iqbal Day at Army Barn Hall College Abbottabad. The function was presided over by Principal Brigadier Dr. Mohammad Naveed. The chief guest and guest speaker was Dr. Tahir Hameed Tanoli from Iqbal Academy Pakistan.

Dr. Tahir Hameed Tanoli while speaking said that Allama Iqbal is the milestone of our national history which connects our past with our future. Allama Iqbal not only connects the past with the future of the Muslim world, but also acts as a bridge between East and West. In this way, Allama Iqbal's thought and message become universal.

He also highlighted the central role of Allama Iqbal in Pakistan Movement. He explained in detail the importance of Allama Iqbal's leadership role in the All India Muslim League, especially the Allahabad Address. He also explained the point that it was Allama Iqbal's dream that the young generation should build their character by adhering to his philosophy of khudi. He said that the future of Pakistan is the youth who have high moral values ??and have the ability to create knowledge. All this is possible by understanding and adopting the thought and philosophy of Allama Iqbal.

Col. Muhammad Rizwan-ul-Zaman, Academic Coordinator, Col. Muhammad Alamgir, Col. Dr. Muhammad Usman, Major Zafar Iqbal, Headmistress Lubni Kiwan, heads of departments and teachers also participated in the ceremony.
