On the occasion of Allama Iqbal's 145th birth anniversary, Character Building Society of University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore organized "Allama Iqbal Youth Leadership Development Program" on November 17, 2022. The purpose of which was to develop leadership skills in the youth in the light of Allama Iqbal's thoughts. The program was presided over by Professor Dr. Baseera Ambreen. Professor Dr. Baseera Ambreen delivered key address on the subject.

She said in her address that Allama Iqbal has given clear teachings in his poems and prose writings to develop leadership skills in the youth. Allama Iqbal gave the concept of Shaheen and explained how the youth should develop leadership qualities in their personality. She said that in all the ideas being presented for leadership development, Allama Iqbal's thought is not only prominent in them but also more effective in terms of producing results.

Among other guest speakers were young Iqbal Scholar Zaid Hussain and motivational speaker Sultan Khan.
